Executives - but in fact employees at every level - who find themselves confronted by a new orientation of their careers often face new challenges which they have never had to consider in the past. With intensive coaching, orientated to problem solving, we want to bring the existing potential back to the surface and promote creative approaches to solutions.

Our coaching service encompasses the following points:

• Furtherance of the person's potential and creativity
• Definition of the person's own path is encouraged whilst the potential for conflict is reduced
• By increasing self-motivation, the joy of performing well can be strengthened.

The procedure is as follows:

• We work out how we are going to co-operate with each other and thus create a relationship of trust.
• We define the objectives.
• We define the necessary steps in order to reach them.
• And then we make ourselves available as a «sparring partner»!
