Until 1992, active in various management functions at the Swiss Bank Corporation in Basle and Rothschild Bank in Zurich, followed by 7 years as the administrative head of a medium-sized watch manufacturer in Biel, responsible among other things for all human resource matters. From 1998, occupied the newly created position of Relationship Manager with the function of an ombudsman at the Economic Department of the Canton of Zug.
